It's not the Baud rate that's the problem, it the BORED rate -
Talk about -3 characters per second - that part of the network seems
to be run by British Rail!!!
Seriously, though, how are we expected to run an efficient support
service when logging in to the machine takes two cups of coffee
and a cigarette to complete?

Believe me - it'll get worse before it gets better.
Just persevere David, it does get VERY VERY slow sometimes but normally
it isn't too bad.
