    Would someone in authority please define what the "cost of sales" is.
    Right now a lot of finger pointing is going on and implying that the field
    owns the lion share of responsibility for cost of sales.
    
    I would like to understand what cost is associated with corporate
    marketing, literature production and product engineering and support.
    
    I can't believe the field is "solely" repsonsible for the cost of
    sales.
    
    If we are responsible then I would like to see more effective guidlines
    how to reduce that cost, exclusive of monitoring expense control which
    is already known.
