I have a document titled : "Alpha and VAX Comparison" based on
Industry-standard Benchmark Results EC-N3909-10 .
In this document the address for questions comments is :

I have several questions. I sent mail to the above address and to
csgperf@zko.mts.dec.com
I did not get any answers.
Does someone know a person that I should contact from this group.

The address involving "mts" is suspect, as I seem to recall problems in
the tcp/ip-to-allin1 gateway. See ljsrv2::internet_tools note 2201.
But the address without mts should have worked.
Since you have access to NOTES, you presumably have access to VAXMAIL.
Try sending to
PERFOM::CSGPERF
If you still have problems, try CLT::HENNING.
