Can anyone point me to an account manager for Qstar (Optical Storage Software)
in Washington? I'm having some problems with support for one of their products 
installed on a UK government site and would like to apply some 'corporate'
muscle in negotiations with their CEO Brian Swafford. All help appreciated.
