VTX SECURITY yielded the contact number 7-828-6328, or the All-in-One
address EUROSEC @VBE. There are also lists of country security contacts,

VTX SECURITY will yield 226-7974 as the hotline for the USA.
I am one of two people who cover 24 hour Information Security, the
226-7974 people always have the beeper number of the person on
standby. If need be, contact us any hour of day or night.
George Brothers would have been my first answer to the base question,
but I would have referred you to the VTX SECURITY phone line for
Europe for 24 hour immediate response. THEY might be allowed to give
out European home numbers, but I am not.

There is also a MINOTR::PC_SECURITY notes file if anyone is interested.
