Is there anyone than can help this customer. He was incorrectly given

bought a customized All in 1 package from Digital sales. He said all
the numbers of people he had are no longer with Digital. He's looking
for an All In 1 consultant to do some changes on the software. I have
no idea how he got our number ...we are a logistics staging center.
He was frustrated so we told him we will make some inquiries.

A customer can also call into 800-354-9000 and request percall support
from the Customer Support Center (off-site services). He/she can even pay
with a credit card. The level of consulting available is exceptional
in most cases - depending on the product and the complexity of the
issue.

Also for future reference, Steve Martin @ ZKO, product marketing for
ALL-IN-1, maintains a list of worldwide service providers for ALL-IN-1
services. I'll forward this request to him.
