of Ownership.
Does anyone know if this handbook is still being published?

I would give Susan Stvenson @Mlo a call - she has a team doing
competitive programs work - I believe including Cost of ownership
studies.

Thanks for the pointer, however, its Susan Stevenson 223-0406. I was
informed that we no longer subscribe to the Datapro Competitive
Handbook. Don't know if they're producing it anymore.
The alternative is VTX Profile | Worldwide Hardcopy | Competitive Sales
Guide. The contact for this is Julie Porter 223-0878 if you need
information on obtain the already published copies. Information is NOT
available on-line in .PS format but pieces are available in VTX IR. I
already looked there and the selection has 0 contents. Maybe I didn't
look good enough but using keyterm of 'coo' and 'ownership' didn't
provide much. Also, there are some video's available.
