I've seen a couple of oblique references to the board
meeting that's going on today. What's up with that?
Is it an emergency or planned meeting? Anyone know what
is being discussed?

The rumour was that the BoD was meeting last Thursday or Friday, the
subject being some majour re-org of the company, to wit, the finished
product would bear no resemblance to the current form, or what most of
us joined. There is rumour outside of Digital here (GMA) that there
will be a "big" announcement on June 24th, another respected source
says a huge announcement coming July 7th. Bottom line, belt up, and
hang onto your hats, bumpy waters up ahead.
