    Has anyone heard if/when the restriction against ordering equipment
    will be lifted?  I just missed placing an order for a DS3100 when I
    came to my new job.  I'm managing - but will be more productive and
    efficient if I could utilize a 3100.

	... however, I haven't heard of any easier internal pur- chasing. DS3100 aren't on DIAL yet, either! Good Luck!
