1215.0. "Answers to Questions Sent In" by USEM::CADLE (Alice Cadle,223-1941,PK03-2K72) Thu Oct 04 1990 13:01

Would someone please tell me where the answers can be found to the
150 questions sent in to Jack?

I don't think they were questions....he referred to 150 SUGGESTIONS he
had received for saving money. I sent two of them, and have already
been contacted by the appropriate Captain.

I also sent 2 suggestions and have received replies but I also sent
a question and I thought they would be answered. There were many
other people that also sent questions. Thanks anyway.

<extract from Jack Smith memo in note 1192.0 announcing DVN broadcast>

>	We'll initiate this increased level of communications with a DVN
>	broadcast on Friday, September 28th, at 1:00 p.m. Eastern
>	Standard Time. At that time, I plan to focus on the need to
>	significantly reduce our costs. I will share with you our
>	philosophy and address the need to work on both the very large
>	and the very small areas of opportunity. I want this to be a
> lively, informative session. I plan to talk for about fifteen
>> minutes and then interact with callers. I will also respond to
>> the questions, concerns, and ideas you send to Jim Johnson @PKO
>> before September 26th.

[of course, the broadcast was actually done Oct. 3rd]

I cannot gather from the above if the response to the 150 will be
on a individual-only basis or they will be shared among the masses.
Personally, I would like to see them posted and answered in VTX or
notes somewhere, It would essentially be an extention of the DVN
    broadcast that way.
