     Recently I came across a "Digital Organization Chart" which starts
with President(KO) on the top and lists the Executive Committee (Sr. VPs)
and further breaks down to individual VP level and functions they manage.
The copy I have is very illegible and says 
                "April 1987
                 For Internal Use Only"
in the right lower corner.

  Does anybody know of such organization chart? Is it available from
some source within digital?

	The org chart you saw is the one in the _Personnel_Policies_and_Procedures_ manual, Section 1. Your manager ought to have one. Ray
