With the from panel switch in SECURE and you shutdown a DEC10000 or
DEC7000 - you will get the following printed on the console.:-

I think this is expected behaviour but I'm unable, at present, to

Hi,
This is known problem. Same problem discussed on note 381.
This problem was entered into PCIS and VMS QAR. VMS QAR was
transferred from V6(#442) to EVMS-EPSILON(#1853) and then
EVMS-ZETA(#561) data base. PCIS QAR(#6492) are waiting status
since last November. I'm not sure this problem fixed in OpenVMS
AXP V6.1.
