From your log file, the problem appears to be with your system not the CD-ROM.
I would suggest removing troubleshooting the first symptom seen in the log file.
This symptom (extracted below) is most likely preventing srm firmware from
being loaded from CD-ROM to memory space. Test E7 does a scsi initialization
which gives a clue to start isolating scsi options first.
