In order to understand your problem could you, please, do the following:
1. Start the background process for the NEW database;
2. Start the exporting for phaseV node with "export period = 00:05:00";
3. Do Show Exporting command for this node;
4. Wait for 5 min and repeat the Show Exporting command;
5. Wait for another 5 min and repeat the Show Exporting commang;
6. Wait for another 5 min and repeat the Show Exporting commang.
7. Type the Exporter Backgroud log file.
Please, post this information here or send it directly to me
(TOOK::SHMUYLOVICH).

process MUST be the same.
In your case they are different:
1. In export directive:

Exporter is case sensitive . This is in the release notes.
This applies to both PhaseIV and PhaseV nodes.
A bit of a pain in the neck. Hopefully this will be fixed in
V1.3
