    In the DECmcc PID on page 45 it discusses Management of non-Digital
    Entities.  Specifically, the applications:
    
    	- Trouble Tickets:
    		(Target Systems' TARGET-->HOTLINE (tm))
    		(UIS - HELPLINE(tm))
    
    My customer has interest in the UIS - HELPLINE product and how it can
    be accessed from DECmcc BMS when alarms and/or rules fire.
    
    Can someone provide me with some experience or insight as to how this
    would work?
    
    Any help is appreciated.

I have the software and documentation, but have not yet had a chance to install
same on our MCC systems.  

It appears to be a series of terminal based forms screens and a series of
system logicals to set it up and get it running.

at 33 Boston Post Road West in Marlboro, Mass.

They also have a paper and Internet distributed news letter if interested.
