No, there isn't.

Vitalink didn't write code to support a Statistics Partition
and DECmcc's PA FM wasn't modified to calculate statistics for
Vitalink Bridges.

running outside (but with) DECmcc, which calculated (and I believe
graphed) Vitalink Statistics.

What about the next version of DECmcc (1.2 or later) ? Will it be
modified to calculate statistics for Vitalink Bridges ?

Are you refering to note 2075.2 ? I've sent a mail to Michel at
CHILKA::JAGGI and have yet to receive a reply. Do you happen to
know other source ?

NO.
If you need real-time statistics, you'll have to use SNMP instead of teh
Vitalink Bridge AM (when they finish getting it updated.)
Unless Vitalink has done an about-face, their plans are to make only the
changes required for the AM to work properly within a DECmcc V1.2 environment.
