In this case, Can DECmcc ELM access to DECconcentrator and DECbridge
via FDDIcontroller 700?
I think that DECmcc can manage them by SNMP.
Can DECmcc ELM manage them by RBMS?

The FDDI port devices are not automatically supported by the MCC_EA (Ethernet Access) Common Routines at this time.
