I have gotten some help in the FDDI notes file, but no success. Since
I am trying to get these trap notifications by MCC, I will also post
the log file of the latest attempt here. Note, traps are received from
a Translan bridge, but not a DECconcentrator 500. Using MCC T1.2.4
