A customer is interested in having a confirmation window pop-up
after selecting 'Reset All Alarms'. Can I tell them V1.2???

If all you (customer) want is just a simple "Are you sure to 'reset all
alarms'?" confirmation box before IMPM actually does its things, then I
think you can tell them V1.2.
Anything more complicate than that, then the answer is probably not in
V1.2.
