o What data are exchanged between DECmcc DIRECTORS :
- just the 11 parameters to MCC call, there is no other interface
o At the moment of Class creation ?
- all directors have local copies of the dictionary, we are looking
into how to subset the dictionary for sites that don't need it
all.
o At the moment of Object instance creation ?
- instances are registered in dns, which provides all directors
with the same info. A new attribute on the object is the
identity of the director that manages that object.

Yes, it is certainly being implemented on VMS. So are the other DCE
components, although RPC is somewhat ahead in the implementation process.
