    Would you please descrip how
    
    -	 registration process, and
    
    -	 polling process
    
    work?  What are used, what are created?  What resources does this 
    process used?  What are the traffics it generate?
    
    
    For example, 
    
    When register a node4 it ...., then search the local network database, 
    then .....?  When register a bridge, it ..., seach for the Ethernet 
    address..., then ...?
    
    or
    
    When do a SHOW NODE4 ATTRIBUTES or ALARM RULE with polling interval, it 
    ...., set up logical link with target node using NML, then retrive info 
    from remote network database, then ....?
