Please excuse my ignorance, but after trying to understand all the
different version levels and failing miserably ... can someone please
point me to where I can find the KIT(s) and DOC(s) for the version of
DECmcc-EMS that is talked about in the Sales Update Vol 22 #8 from
October 15, 1990?

There is currently no DECmcc SMS/EMS V2.1 kit. V2.1 will really
only include the updated DECmcc BMS kit and an updated DECelms.
For now, you can install the latest V2.0 components, such as an
updated NMCC/DECnet Monitor (pointer to be provided soon); then
install the latest DECmcc BMS V1.1 kit.
