1940.0. "dfwu and lotus notes" by VAXRIO::63197::Meyer () Fri May 02 1997 13:01

Customer is trying to use Lotus Notes thru DFWU v2.1 but is not being
successful in this task.

Notes Server (red) : serv-br01.seplan.gov.br (200.19.124.27)
Notes Client (blue): hostx 10.128.1.40
Port #: 1352
Access: two-way

The TCP packet is being rejected but why ? Has someone seen this problem
before with Lotus Notes ? And is there a doc with the meaning of all messages
given by dfwu ?

Thanks,
Carlos Meyer.

    You haven't specified how you're trying to pass the packets through the
    firewall. Are you trying to use packet screening
    or are you trying to use the generic relay?

    IBM has a web reference for how to setup access for Lotus notes using a
    variety of ways. The url is
