    I currently have 4 openings in the SAP Support Center located in AKO2.
    The requested job code is 16BD, but 16BB/16BC will be considerd
    depending on work experience and training. Three of the openings are
    1st shift, 4 day workweeks. Of these one is for a Sunday - Wednesday
    slot and two are for Wednesday - Saturday. The fourth opening is a 3rd
    shift, 4 day workweek, Sunday - Wednesday. I've included a brief

JOB DESCRIPTION: 1st and 3rd shift positions within the SAP Service Operations 
Center located in AKO2. Responsibilities include system and production 
application monitoring and first line problem resolution/escalation , 
access management for VMS ,Unix, and SAP accounts, hotline coverage 
providing support for users both within the U.S.A and Europe, 
project management. Position requires weekend  and some holiday coverage. 
VMS, UNIX, experience using a call handling tool are pluses. 



EXPERIENCE AND OR EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS): At least 
five years in an IS supporting function. VMS, Windows 95, Windows NT, UNIX 
experience.
