Job Description:

This individual will work as a member of a small team that is handling support
of both the release and field test versions of FX!32, an innovative technology
for porting software applications from x86-based desktop systems to Digital's
Alpha-based desktop systems. The work will include reviewing problems reports
from the field, duplicating and testing the software, isolating any problems
that are found, reporting those problems to the development team, and working
with the customer and engineering to resolve them.

Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of industry experience, including 1 
year of Windows 95 or WNT is required. Additional testing and//or 
support experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with support call 
flows and bug tracking systems useful.
