  Write service manuals under tight deadlines, on Quantum's storage devices
  such as DLT(tm) Tape products and Loaders. These manuals describe how to
  service and repair these products. The audience includes Quantum-qualified
  service providers.
  Write training manuals that the Technical Instructors use to teach the DLT 
  technology.
  Write Purchase and Engineering Specifications.
  Write Data Verification Testing (DVT) Reports for each Tape Drive, under 
  tight schedules. These DVT reports collect and present verification test 
  results (engineering data) such as electrical, environmental, software, 
  hardware, acoustical, vibration, and shock. The audience includes the 
  Marketing & Sales groups, and end users who buy the tape drives.

Technical Writer - Contract, DATA TRANSLATION, Marlboro, MA June 95 - Oct 95
  Revised and updated the Data Acquisition EZ Board User Manual. The Data 
  Acquisition EZ board enables the user to capture different types of analog 
  data for analysis. This manual describes how to install and configure the 
  data acquisition board. The audience includes Engineers and Scientists from 
  all backgrounds who are responsible for acquiring and analyzing large 
  amounts of analog data.
  Revised and updated the Frame Grabber SDK User Manual. The Frame Grabber SDK
  is a library of functions that allows the user to control Data Translation's
  Imaging Boards. The Imaging Board enables the user to acquire and process 
  image data. The audience includes Engineers and Scientists from all 
  backgrounds who are responsible for acquiring and analyzing large amounts of
  imaging data.

Assistant to the Asst. Vice-President, FRAMINGHAM STATE COLLEGE, MA 1991 - 1993
  Designed and wrote the Employee Handbook for the college.
  Researched and reviewed grant proposal literature for the Framingham State 
  Minority Cooperative Education Program.
  Designed and wrote a proposal for the New Employee Orientation program.
  Created and implemented Retention Strategies for the Student Retention 
  Advisory Committee.
