| For a setup in Germany, you need some entries in
config.sys/autoexec.bat loading the german keymap
for the dos box, setting the country code etc.
The bug occurs with an unmodified german FIS kit.
The release notes for BIOS 2.09 clain to have fixed
the "Win95 DOS Box hang" so I regarded the problem
as closed _but_ if you want refresh rates >60Hz
on an external monitor as advertised by Digital
you need to use the c&t driver. Then the problem
reappears.
