| I'm stuck on level 21, I warp to one of 2 areas, one has loads of
monsters and needs a yellow key to get out.
The other has a rocket launcher above a triangle with 4 switches.
Pressing one switches raises some steps, but the very top step if too
high. Pressing any other switch means the bottom step is too high.
Anyone get me outta here?

Press all four switches. Then go to the bottom step and press that,
it drops for you.

got here yesterday. Any way I tried I couldn't get over the top step
in that room. I tried pressing only one switch to raise the stairs -
not high enough at the top. Pressed the top stair etc no joy. Pressed
two switches/three/four pressed all steps etc. No joy ?. Eventually
had to IDCLIP 'cause I had cleared everything used every teleporter
to no avail. I had a good laugh with a Revenant ? - Tall bag 'o'
Bones. - he appeared in the courtyard and everytime I used a teleporter
he used it a split second before me and kept on zapping me on the way
passed. All you could see was the remains of a green flash as he left
when I arrived !!!, that and the screen flash red...
Eventaually got him by running on and off the tp to catch him with his
back to me in the starting room.

re: .4, stuck at triangular steps and 4 switches
Yeah, I was dorking around this weekend and ran into this one too. I think
it's a bug in v1.7. The way to tell for sure is to hack open the wad file
with an editor and check that sector for hooks to switches, etc... ...and give
it one if it doesn't have one already. Either that or patch to v1.8/1.9 and
see if it's fixed.

Thanks for that... I wasn't in the mood to cheat but felt I had to
here. Re the Rocket Launcher on top of the switches - howd'ya get
that ?

C'mon gents, less of the pussying around with wad files,. lets get back
to playing the game !!. How do you get the rocket launcher on top of
the four switches ?. I have it anyway but am Just curious...

Mmmmm, Tried that .. the stairs and the podium are too far apart
or so it seemed to me. Next time round I'll try it again.
