    I killed all monsters, pressed all buttons, but there is no way to the

    I found running and turning right got me to the door adequately before
    the floor fell away. Or can't you even get this far? ie. you're missing
    a key

    I don't remember the level, but I remember an exit that you had to run
    to cos the floor fell away, basically running gets you to the exit.

    While playing this level I came across another exist. In the long
    room with all the Cacodemons an exit appeared just inside the door
    on the left hand wall. But I can't get it to appear again. It shows
    up on the map.

Kill everything.

Go into the room ('bunks') where the 20+ Cocodemons ('tomatoes'/'raspberries')
were.  There is now a teleporter ('shower') there, on one side, shortly after
you step into the room.

This will teleport you to the exit.

    Go in the room, fire at them, run out again. Big Horny Geezer
    eliminates his own men. Then dodge back and forth using the doorway as
    a shield, firing whatever you've got at the BHG.

    Go in the room and just stand there. Cyberdemon will shoot rockets at
    you, but hit his own mean. Each man he hits suddenly turns on
    Cyberdemon. As long as you don't make a sound (ie fire a weapon) no-one
    will turn on you.
    
    Now move left and right so that cyberdemon's missiles hit each of his
    own men. Eventually all the Baron's will be fighting against
    cyberdemon. Everyone will soften each other up.
    
    When cyberdemon has finished off quiet a few of the Baron's, and they
    start getting thin, missile's will start to get through and threaten
    your existence. It is at THIS point you grab one of the invulnerability
    spheres and dive in with your rocket launcher. Finish of the barons,
    then blat a BFG shot into Cyberdemon's ugly ass. One shot could well
    finish him off if the Baron's have done their work well enough.

    Well I use keyboard for control, and this is how I do it :-
    
    (Very simple!)
    
    Walk forward, tapping the turn right key as it is needed.
    
    I don't use run, it makes it harder. As soon as I get to the door I
    whack that space bar and get inside QUICK!

    Are you playing it on a pokey machine? It would seem that some people
    with fast machines can have problems with doom (ie. it gets harder
    simply because everything happens so fast).
    
    If so, maybe knock of a turbo switch just to finish the level?
    
    Otherwise maybe you'll just have to master the art of running and
    turning at the same time :-)
    
    ....or IDCLIP....

    Oh for gawds sake....!
    
    shower = teleporter in a 'cubicle'. Well they kinda look similar :-S
    
    bunk beds = in the room with two pillars at the far end (& a switch),
    there are lots of holes in the walls on your left & right - bunk beds
    (with certain nasty giant tomatoes living in them....) ;-)
    
    THERE. Is that blatant enough!

One of the teleporters brings you into an octagon
shaped room.  There's a platform with some goodies
on it, but a moat keeping you from it.

How can you get up to the platform?

    I did all this. I killed everyone. Went to the room with the pillars
    and bunks for the large rasberrys. Found the transporter and went in but 
    it did not transport me to the exit but another room that I've already
    been. Help...
