Dear all, I am quite new to ALL-IN-1 system management. This could be basic questions, but I need some advice from experts. Now my customer has a kind of problems as for printing ALL-IN-1 documents. When printing out ALL-IN-1 documents to Apple laserwriter, the last several lines are always missing. Please let me know if you can think of any reasons or possible solutions. (Printer setup, etc.) Thanks in advance, Toshiaki Tanaka from Tokyo, Japan

What type of documents are you printing (e.g ASCII, WPS-PLUS, DDIF) and what formatter is used to format the documents? The first thing to determine is are the lines being lost during formatting or printing. Have you checked that the listing file sent to the printer contains the final lines of the document? Richard |
