3717.0. "Form not being closed properly" by CHEFS::EDINBOROUGHS (DTN: 7830 - 2040) Sun Jan 02 1994 18:25

    I have a post-function to a field on a form that I am currently
    displaying which runs a script which in turn calls another form. When
    the user exits from this form I am trying to put the contents of some
    symbols that were taken from the second form and put them into fields
    on the first.
    This sounds so simple I hear you say. Well that's what I thought, but
    for some strange reason the second form is not being closed properly
    thus resulting in none of the first forms fields being recognised.

    I am stumped on this one, so if anyone can shed some light it would be
    most appreciated.

    Regards,

    Steve.

    Hi,

    After you have finished getting the information from the second form,
    use the CLOSE_PRIOR function to remove its context.
