        Customer is using Paint on VMS 5.3 to produce drawings on a
        LJ250.  He finds that he can set the dpi (dots per inch) on
        the Customize pulldown in the Picture Size... option.  If you
        open a new paint file, select inches, then you can edit the
        dpi to 'nonstandard'.  The customer is using 180 dpi. He wants
	to use this to change the DPI for ANSI (Sixel) output to his
	printer.

        The problem he is finding is that the sixel file that is produced
        does match the dpi that he set. It always seems to be set to
        75 dpi. Actually, other than being a few blocks larger, it is 
	identical to the 75 DPI sixel file. Paint seems to append some
	padding to the file when you increase the DPI.
	
	If he manually changes the esc sequence in the sixel file:

                [P9q

        which defines the dpi for the printed device, to..

		[p1q 

	he can gets the desired dpi and a "better" picture.


	Are you supposed to be able to define the DPI escape of a sixel
	output file though paint like this? I'm not sure if this is a 
	bug or the intended behavior.
