    Don't you hate when someone asks "is it hot enough for you"? I always
    answer "no, I'd like it about 10 degrees warmer, and the humidity is a
    little lower than I like it as well" :)

    I get cool when I imagine somebody pours out a big bucket full of 
    icecubes over me. ;)
    Then I enjoy my imaginary shivering and appreciate the real temperature
    around me. ;)
    But here in the lab it is nicely tempered and coooooooool. ;)))))

	No...no glass!!!  One ice cube at a time slowly tracing over all the
	pulse points on your body.  It really cools you down while you're
	getting hot!

    		Here in Malden (hop skip & a jump from Boston)

    The weird thing about Colorado is the temperature differential. The
    early morning temperature is about 50F and the late afternoon
    temperature 90F. So I run in the morning and do alot of sitting after
    work.

    The heat continues in Colorado. Expected to be 95F today in Colorado
    Springs and a whopping 106F in Pueblo. Of course the 30% humidity makes
    it seem not so bad. Not to rub it in for the rest of you folks or
    anything :)

    to disk constraints this conference undergoes regular spring cleaning..
    so my intro got cleaned out sometime in 94... *;))))  But don't let

    We have the heat wave.... right inside our lab. :(
    When I got in this morning, it were 89 degrees. 
    The servers cooling systems were running on a higher level as could
    be heard in their sound.
    So we opened up the 2 big doors and let the lab be reached by the
    cool air in the hallways. 
    Now we shut all servers down for the night because we don't want to
    let the security doors stay open all night long and don't want to
    risk our servers to crash.
    The morning I sat in the lab with doors shut and felt like inside a
    stove.

    Yes I could. The reason is that due to the heat I need to keep the
    bedroom windows open wide all night in order to stay cool. However, this
    means that I have to listen to the neighbor's dogs bark at 2:30am
    keeping me awake for two hours. So today I am tired as well as hot. I
    guess we can add irritable to that as well.

    Colorado Springs is predicted to be 67F. Is summer gone? I doubt it.
