A number of people in the office are experiencing problems with Teamlinks V2.7 on Windows95 connecting to All-in-1 V3.1 server. Transport is TCP/IP. Problem is that some users are creating messages, but when they send the message the recipients get a blank message. There appears to be no rhyme or reason for it. There does not appear to be any relationship between when messages are sent, or blanks are sent. Anything that can assist would be appreciated. It appears that the same system used by different users do not experience the same problems. Kind Regards Jack Boers

Hi, Are all users on the same system or is there a cluster involved ? Have a look at file -> attributes for the OA$SHAREx logical for a problem message. Check the node the TeamLinks user connects to for the logical and the content of the file.... Cheers, Jan | |||||

If they try and read the messages through the character cell interface (or if the manager does it for them) is the text there? Does the actual file that is supposed to contain the text exist? Jenny Joyce |
