2008.0. "GPF at FCLIST.DLL at 000A:4352" by VELI::KORKKO () Mon Feb 24 1997 14:50

Customer system:

	OpenVMS V5.5-2
	DECnet/OSI V5.6B-12
	UCX V?.?

	DECMailworks V1.3A-2 !should upgrade to V1.3A-3?

	Windows NT V3.5
	Teamlinks V2.7-1

With one particular user, TL client fails with

	X400MAIL caused a General Protection Fault in
	module FCLIST.DLL at 000A:4352

This only happens if she tried to "expand" the OUTBOX folder. She can use
other folders (from the Mailworks server) just fine and also send and receive
mail just fine as long as she does not touch the outbox folder.

I've verified RMS correctness of MAIL.X4M for that user and can quite
nicely do DIR OUTBOX from DCL interface. I also converted the MAIL.X4m but
it did not help.

Any ideas what to do next? Trace maybe but from the client or from the server?

2008.1Try turning off display details.XANADU::x400it.zko.dec.com::xanadu::ROUGHTMon Feb 24 1997 16:0316
Have the user turn off all of the display details. This dialog
can be found under the view pull down "display details" choice.

Under the Show Details section turn off all fields (these are check
boxes, so uncheck any that are checked).

Under "When Displaying "Keep Sent" Messages:" Turn off
"Show Recipient in place of Author"

After these have been turned off, exit TeamLinks and then restart.
Try opening the "Outbox". Does it work ? If yes, try turning on
the options that were just turned off, but one at a time. Hopefully
we can identify one option that is causing the problem.
