        Hi Deb,

    According to your entry the customer did NOT have this problem using
    TeamLinks 2.5-003.

    1) Did this problem start immediately upon upgrading or was the
    customer able to successfully modify the PAB using TeamLinks 2.5-004
    but at some point the failure started to occur?

    2) If the customer "completely" removes TeamLinks, reinstalls TeamLinks
    2.5 and then ECO3, does the problem still occur?  If not, now install
    TeamLinks 2.5-004, does the problem still occur?

    3) Is it possible to get a copy of a PAB which this customer has
    created?

    4) When the customer adds an entry, "exactly" what are the strings
    entered?

    5) Does the customer have this problem if the PAB is invoked from
    INFOMAN and/or the "Create Message" window?

    6) Does the problem occur if the customer deletes and/or modifies an
    entry rather than just add an entry?

    7) If the customer does the "exact" same steps on a client which is
    working can he/she reproduce the failure?

    After weeks and weeks of leaving messages, etc. I was finally able to
    touch base with the customer.  She is going to email the answers I
    don't currently have but here are some of them.
    
    And by the way yes the problem did NOT occur in 2.5-003.
    
    1. The problem started immediately upon upgrading to eco4.
       Now this may be coincidence but that is what she states
    
    2. The customer cannot completely remove TeamLinks and reinstall
       TeamLinks to eco3 because once they received eco4 they got rid
       of the eco3 patch kit.  Since eco4 was inclusive they felt no
       need to keep it.  She has removed TeamLinks and reinstalled to
       ECO4 and the problem still occurs.
    
    3. The customer will email me the PAB
    
    4. She will email me the strings they are attempting to add
    
    5. Customer was not sure of exactly where the PAB had been accessed
       from but will double check and send that information in the email
    
    6. The problem occurs upon adding a new entry
    
    7. If the steps she performs on the "problem" system are performed
       on a "working" system the problem does not materialize.  The 
       problem only occurs on the "problem" system.
