We have a user with a similar problem, although not identical. He can
connect from the office ok, but not with tunnelling. It connects to
Mail Works ok in the same account, but not to ALL-IN-1. The error is
that there is a network problem or the server is not running. But I
can connect using the same information from the office. The DMW
version is V1.3A-3, while the ALL-IN-1 version is V3.1 (with the
default FCS for V3.1 - V2.1?). UCX is V3.3-4.
Mail Works is his primary file cabinet, so that connects ok first. But
the ALL-IN-1 connection doesn't happen. I had him cancel the Mail
Works connection, but it didn't help. There are no error showing up
on the console on the VMS side, and he tried all four nodes in the
cluster with the same result. The system was upgraded with the Delta
time patch and rebooted recently, but nothing else has changed.
