| How to access the Problem Tracking and Reporting (PTR) system

1. Point your Web browser to:
http://xanadu.zko.dec.com/~ptr
This page contains the latest news about the PTR system as well
as a pointer to the PTR System User's Guide.
2. Click the Problem Tracking and Reporting logo.
Result: You link to the page where you select which PTR library
to use.
3. For TeamLinks, select "Enterprise Groupware and Products Library."
Result: You link to the login page.
4. Enter the following information:
PTR Username: Guest
PTR Password: TeamLinks
5. Click the Login button.
Result: You go to a home page where you can enter, update, and
view problem reports.
Please note that you will using a "generic" account and as such there
is no way to determine WHO entered the problem report. Please
be sure to enter your Internet-style e-mail address in the Tag2 field.
You may also wish to add your name, phone number etc in the body of
the problem report in case we need to contact you for clarification.
The only way to determine the status of your problem is to actually
check the problems you've entered, so make a note of the problem
numbers for future reference.
