1000.0. "marine Surveyor" by ABE::HASKELL () Fri Sep 30 1988 16:09

    Anyone needing a Marine Surveyor for a boat they may be considering
    should contact the man that did my survey. He did a super job and
    was prompt in sending the report to me.

1000.1Western Conn Surveyor...RAIN::WHITCOMBMon Oct 03 1988 21:3620
    	Those of you who need a surveyor on the western Connecticut
    shore should call Ben Rathbun of Noank. He spent the better part
    of a day with my wife and myself patently answering our many
    questions at the same time giving our prospective boat a thorough
    going over. It is amazing how confident you feel in your offer when
    a real professional does his work. We feel that he found everything
    that could be possibly wrong with her and that he was well worth
    his fee. We also received our report promptly.

    I think Noank could only be considered to be on the western Connecticut
    shore if you were looking at it from Massachusetts while standing
    on your head. Noank is at the mouth of the Mystic River on Fisher's
    Island Sound not far from the Rhode Island border.

    Opps, sorry about that folks. Ben still put on one impressive
    performance even if I got a little confused on the direction.
    Hope that does not happen on our next trip to N.Y.C. or it might
    be a bit long.

1000.4Anybody know this guy?ROYALT::FGZFederico Genoese-ZerbiSun Oct 27 1991 17:059

I looked at a boat that a friend of mine is considering buying on
Friday, and we were also shown a survey done buy a Gordon Graham of
Rowley, MA. We thought the boat in worse shape than the surveyor, but
what do we know, right? Anyway, does anybody know Gordon Graham, and what
is his reputation?
