When my customer send mail to one particular person in France
from Teamlinks 2.5 connected to Mailworks and route the mail as:

  MR -> XMR -> MAILBUS 400 -> SMTP to the internet.

a nondelivery report is generated:

But, if I do this from a another mailsystem as our ALL-IN-1, 
I can reach him.

Unless someone can guess from the NDR, we're going to need to see what the 
message looks like as it gets to Exchange. So 1 (or more of)

 - contact the Exchange site to see if they have any more details logged;

 - turn on trace-logging in the SMTP Gateway so you see the messages it 
generates

 - turn on archiving for the SMTP Gateway agent, dump both the ALL-IN-1 and MW 
examples, and look for what's different.

"Invalid Parameters" can mean almost anything, unfortunately.
