    to call for various cooking hints:
    
    1.  Fleischmann's Bakers' Hotline
        Can't get your bread to rise? Home economists can help solve any
        problem with yeast baking. Mon.-Fri. 9AM-9PM EST, 1-800-932-7800.
    
    2.  Meat and Poultry Hotline
        Concerned about the freshness or quality of the chicken or steak
        you bought? Call before cooking. Mon.-Fri. 10AM-4PM EST,
        1-800-535-4555, in Washington, DC: 1-800-447-3333.
    
    3.  Mrs. Dash Sodium Information Hotline
        Registered dieticians help you make sense of self-restricted diets
        and give salt content info for a variety of foods.  Ask for a free
        brochure with low-salt recipes too!  Mon.-Fri. 10AM-8PM EST,
        1-800-622-DASH.
