3899.0. "Ethiopian cuisine?" by GOLLY::SWALKER () Tue Jan 11 1994 15:27

    Does anyone have any recipes for Ethiopian food, or a good Ethiopian
    cookbook to recommend? I'm particularly interested in recipes using teff
    or teff flour.

    	Thanks,
    	Sharon

Take a look at the Frugal Gourmet's Immigrant Cookbook. There a a few good Ethiopian recipes in there. The
Berbere Sauce is especially great. Very Hot!!!!

	Nope but there's a really good one in Central Square, Cambridge.
	Same side of Mass. Ave. as the court house, one block closer to the
	river. (Can't remember the name)
