3708.0. "Almond Bark Candy Coating" by ENUF::GRANT (Margo DTN 264-3705) Wed Dec 09 1992 17:27

Does anyone know of a Nashua NH area source for something I know as "almond
bark"?  This is a candy coating ... it's not white chocolate ... I wouldn't
really call it vanilla-ish in taste, but it isn't strongly almond either.
Good for dipping pretzels in, etc. When I've found it in other parts of the
U.S., it was commonly sold in small blocks in an ice-cube-tray sort of package.

    Try Martha's Sweet Shoppe on Main Street. ALl of their candies
    are homemade.....maybe they carry it or can direct you.

Is that Main Street in Anytown, USA?

Also, have you checked Hebert's? They have a shop at rt 495 & 117 in Bolton,

I found almond bark and chocolate bark coating for candy
in ice-cube like trays in the baking goods at Walmart.
(I think they get different things there because it's
operated south of the mason-dixon line!) :)

3708.6almond bark - @ Sams on rt 20WMOIS::RITCHIETue Jan 05 1993 15:096
    This "almond bark" is found in a 3lb block (it's brown, but not
    actually chocolate - I was disappointed). You can buy this lovely
    block at Sam's on Route 20 in Westboro (?) - it's near BJ's.  It
    only costs about three dollars ($1/lb - scaaaarrrrry!!!)
