3833.0. "Baking Pans" by RUSAVD::RAJ () Wed Aug 11 1993 18:23

    Does anyone know where I can find large baking pans. I am interested in
    making baklava and would like a pan that can accomodate the large filo
    leaves without folding the edges.

    Thanks
    Raj

    P.S. I am in Mass.

    Raj,

    Any party shop should sell them or even a kitchen store where you can
    buy all types of kitchen utensils. You might also find them in Kmart
    or even Bradlees.

3833.2Sam's Club...Great price/quality pan.LEVERS::WOODFORDWhy didn't they debug you before release?Fri Aug 13 1993 15:3111

    Raj,

    I purchased a full sheet cake pan with one inch sides for the same
    purpose at Sam's Club on RT. 9 in Westboro for under $7.00. It is an
    excellent quality pan. If you get to the Littleton area at all, I
    would be happy to pick one up for you.

Thank you both for your replies!

Terrie , That is very nice of you to offer but I live in Husdon and I
frequently go to route 9 so I'll look into Sams club.

Thank you both

3833.4ECKO Bakeware?CSTEAM::BAKERSpirit that won't let me goMon Mar 28 1994 19:0811
    Does anyone know where I can get a complete set of ECKO bakeware? It
    includes the brownie pan, muffin tin, cake pans, cookie sheets, etc. I
    have the set, but it's 9 years old and looking every year of it. I
    would like to replace it, but not piece by piece. If I remember
    correctly, the "set" was fairly inexpensive. I thought I'd seen it
    advertised in one of those "junk mail" cataloges. I just went thru
    "Signatures" last night and they don't have it....

    Any recommendations, short of buying each piece separately?

    Go to Spag's. If they don't have the set, at least they'll have great
    prices on the individual pieces.

The King Arthur Flour folks publish a Baker's Catalogue that contains all
kinds of baking pans, baking ingredients, cookbooks, etc. (The pans are
not cheap, but I assume they're of good quality; I haven't bought any
myself.)
