    My customer requires the following config:-
    
    A pair of ASE systems with failover scsi config providing NFS services
    to up to 6 other systems, could this be set up on an 8 port memory
    channel cluster?.
    
    If not, could the services be offered via fddi to 6 clustered systems 
    around an MC hub?.
    
    Is the node limit of 4 as per the Trucluster spd still the limit or can
    all 8 ports now be used on the MC?.

Why do you want MC? I'm not sure what it will do for you. You can use MC alone via the MC driver...or you can run the TCR Production Server and use MC with NFS... There is a plan for V1.5 to support 8 nodes...but the configuration is multiple ase domains due to cabling lengths. Can you say more of your goal?

Hi

ASE can offer services to 6 other systems on
FDDI.  Why do you want MC?   I'm not sure what it will do for you.


You can use MC alone via the MC driver...or you can
