    	1993-1994 Score

    	Does anybody know how many Pinnacle "Chase" cards there are?
    	How many to a set?
    	I bought a couple of packs yesterday....cards look nice.
    	Anybody get the Daigle Draft Pick Card?

    	Well, bought a box last night....$23.00, was 19 cards short of
    	making a full set.

    	Pinnacle "gold" chase cards: Nice looking cards. 45 cards...9 short
    							   for a full set

    	Franchise cards: 24 card set, got 1 - Alexander Mogilny (odds 1:24)

    	No Daigle Draft Pick card (odds 1:80)

    	Mail-in offer ($1.00) for player Checklist

    	1 Mighty Ducks Team Logo
    	2 Mighty Ducks Players

    	1 Florida Panthers Team Logo
    	2 Florida Panthers Players

    	Probably buy another box at that price!

582.2Canadian Score HockeyDNEAST::PURNELL_CHRIPyro Suppression TechnicianThu Sep 16 1993 12:0428

    	Now for the Canadian set....

    	The cards are the same...except English and French on the back....

    	Pinnacle Chase cards are the same except for 1 minor detail:

    	They've been renumbered on the back!!!!

    	The cards are identical except for that!!!! Rotten Deal!

    	Instead of the Franchise Cards...There is the Dream Team,
    	nothing like the Franchise cards, these are hi-gloss with
    	the UV finish....

    	Watched a couple of guys rip through 2 boxes, No Daigle Card,
    	2 Dream Team cards and about 5 short of the Pinnacle cards and
    	20 cards short of a set (I know, I tried to put it together
    	last nite!!!) They had no interest in keeping the regular cards,
    	just the inserts....It pays to stand around sometimes!!!
    	SO....if you are going to collect the Canadian set...I have
    	a load of singles! Oh, they did keep Lindros, Oates, Juneau and
    	Bure....

    		RE 1 I open 2 boxes and still came up about a dozen

    cards short of a set and 4 cards short of the pinnacle set, although

    I've almost completed both sets thanks to Chris.

    			   I also got 2 Franchise cards (1 per box) Mario
    and Kevin Hatcher. DIDN'T get a Daigle card either (!@#@!%!&^).

582.5Cheating ???WMOIS::ZELENT_JThu Sep 16 1993 16:0310

    		Chris

    		     I think that would be cheating. But I would be willing
    to trade for the Selanne's and Mogilney's, since all the other good
    ones are gone.

582.6GOTCHA!DNEAST::PURNELL_CHRIPyro Suppression TechnicianFri Sep 17 1993 12:3111

    	After looking over the Canadian version of the Pinnacles, they're
    	not renumbered....It's the front of the card that's different.

    	Totally different player picture.....Now that's rotten....beware
    	when trying to collect this subset...Even the card shop got
    	caught! A worker at the local shop here mixed them up and is now
    	trying to figure out which is which!!! There IS no other
    	difference!

582.7Score send the Daigle cardMSDOA::PARKERJTue Dec 07 1993 16:2211
    Got the first of two daigle draft pick card back from Score yesterday.
    The card is exactly like all the other rookie cards in that set. They
    didn't even have a action shot of the kid, he is just leaning on the
    goal post. The gave me back the redemption card, with a little hole in
    it, I guess to show its been used.

    After reading this note it seems that the card was harder to find than
    I thought. I opened about 45 packs and got two of them plus three
    Franchise cards.
