HIGHLIGHTS
o Elimination of chassis only option, replaced by chassis with power
supply combinations.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The chassis for the GIGAswitch/FDDI and GIGAswitch ATM Systems will no
longer be available without power supplies. They will be replaced by
chassis options that include power supplies. This change was necessary
to meet regulatory requirements.
For the GIGAswitch/FDDI, the chassis only option, DEFGA-CA, will no
longer
be orderable effective March 3, 1997. Effective March 3, 1997, two new
chassis options will be orderable in its place. There is no change in
total price.
o DEFGA-PA: Chassis, clock module, cross bar switch, AC power
supply, no power cord.
o DEFGA-PD: Chassis, clock module, cross bar switch, 48V DC power
supply, no power cord.
For the GIGAswitch/ATM, the chassis only option, DAGGA-CA, will no
longer
be orderable effective March 3, 1997. Effective March 3, 1997, two new
chassis options will be orderable in its place. There is no change in
total price.
o DAGGA-PA: Chassis, AC power supply, no power cord.
o DAGGA-PD: Chassis, 48V DC power supply, no power cord.
