597.0. "NINTENDO VERSUS SEGA GENESIS" by AUNTB::MULDOWNEY () Tue Feb 05 1991 16:54

    Looking for reasons to buy NINTENDO over SEGA GENESIS?

    Supposedly NINTENDO is coming out with a 16 bit system, do you think
    the older games could be used with the newer system?

    In reading the trade rags it looks like SEGA is making a BIG push !

    Looking for opnion between NINTENDO versus SEGA GENESIS?

    regards

    Jim

597.1Nintendo RULES!!!NEST::CURRYTue Feb 05 1991 22:4010
    I'd save my money for the new Nintendo "Famicon" if I were
    you. I own a Genesis system and while the graphics are better
    than my Nintendo 8 bit system, I have to give the edge to my
    Nintendo do to the availability of games. Sega, in my opinion,
    needs to work a little harder at producing new games. For instance,
    look at the number of games that have been released for the
    Nintendo as opposed to the Sega Master system. Why would this
    new 16 bit system show us any less?

    	See Nintendo Note #355 for 16-bit Super NES discussion and
    	Notesfile MEGA (KBOV05::MEGA) for Genisys and TurboGrafix.

597.3level 9 phase 1RAVEN1::BROCKThu Feb 07 1991 16:438
     My son has all the tri-force and I guess everything else he needs. In
    phase one. The problem is he can't find level 9. We have a book that
    shows where it is supposed to be, but still can't seem to find it.

                              any help would be highly appreciated.

                                 Thanks, Bud
