797.0. "1300 in one cartridge 1300 in one cartridge" by TFH::MAHENDRA () Thu May 06 1993 19:44

When I went to Hong Kong three months ago I bought a cartridge
with 700 games for about US$60.00. A friend of mine who
returned from HK last night brought a cartridge with 1300 games
and he says that there are cartridges with 2000 games or more.
I paid only US$ 60.00 for the one with 1300 games.

I have a question on playing tetris: Is it possible to save the
scores ? How can I do it. Every time I start the game, the high
score is reset to some ridiculously low value..

797.1No battery backups...WAYOUT::CLARKEFri May 07 1993 14:039
I have several of these multi-games for the Gameboy. I found it best to buy the
cartridges which only contain a few games. The cart's containing large numbers
seemed to consist of older poorer quality games with several versions of each.

Anyway my Gameboy multi-carts don't contain battery back-ups so you can't save
high scores, or more importantly saved games which is a real pain on games like
Golf and F1 Racer.
