| Did NES Action Football come out after NFL Football? Is it much
better? I seemed to remember people raving about NFL in one of the
notes before.
I plan on buying a football game for my husband for Christmas. I've
seen the NFL Football on sale at Child World for $29.90.
How do they compare? Graphics, Playability again a partner as well
as against the computer. He loves Baseball Stars.

| I would have to say that NES is much better, NFL has the right idea
but play is very slow. Nes you can sub. players and the playability
is much better. On the other hand, if you have the Genesis, John
Madden Football is out of this world. Just my thoughts, I also have
Tecmo bowl.

| Is NES play action much better than Tecmo Bowl? I have Tecmo and
I really like it. I had NFL football at one time and I didn't like
it because the play was so much slower than Tecmo. How does
Play-action compare to Tecmo, speed wise?

| I haven't played it yet, but I was watching some kids play it at the
Toy Store. It looked alot slower the Tecmo.
It also looked alot better.
Tecmo is alright, but the computer is much too easy to beat. Two player
it's fun, but there aren't enough plays, IMO.

| I have Tecmo Bowl, NFL, and just recently added NES. NES is the best,
I feel, it is much faster as far as playing speed. The computer is
really tough to beat, you have four levels of play from novice to
expert. NES has 16 offensive plays you can run and 8 or 12 defensive
plays. Graphics are good, with a scorecboard showing replays of
touchdowns or extra points.
I would recommend NES, you can even play with four players.

Minor technical correction - offense has three screens of plays,
with eight plays per screen. Defense has two screens of eight.
I still haven't been able to complete a pass (other than a
screen pass) and a practice mode would be helpful. But it's
a super football game and loads of fun!
